After a couple of years, my original cuff wore out and I started to get a lot of EE error readings. I have no idea why. I did not normally remove the cuff (and tube) from the base unit but found that I had to make sure it was tight to start with in order to get any reading. So, I purchased this replacement more than a year ago and have had no problems since.
After a year and a half of occasional use,the original cuff began to leak
rendering my machine useless. The new one works fine but being made in
China, I have my doubts on it's longevity.
